Pompey Supporters' Trust submitted its bid to buy Portsmouth Football Club on Friday.
The document, which has been in preparation for five months by the Trust bid team, will now be considered by Administrator Trevor Birch.
The finishing touches to the bid were finalised during Friday, after the PST executive board unanimously backed a motion on Thursday night authorising the bid team to proceed with the deal.
