The Pompey Supporters’ Trust are delighted to become an official partner of the Her Game Too campaign, which aims to make football a more inclusive and welcoming sport for female fans.
As a result of the partnership, Portsmouth’s Her Game Too Ambassador Vicky Lamb will attend the Tony Goodall Fans’ Conference, ensuring female voices are better represented in supporter engagement with the club.
Vicky Lamb said: “I'm absolutely thrilled to have the PST on board. The work PST has already done and the work they continue to do, does not go unnoticed. I'm looking forward to working with the Trust and the Club to create an inclusive and safe environment at Fratton Park for all.
Donald Vass, Chair of the PST, said: “We’re committed to making sure every Pompey supporter has the best possible experience when they go to matches. Sadly, too many women across the wider game don’t currently feel that football is the welcoming, inclusive and safe environment they deserve.”
